These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Wi Delight website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and payments via the Yoco payment gateway.
For EFT payments, orders will only be processed once funds have cleared in our bank account.
Wi Delight reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We currently ship within South Africa only.
Standard shipping rates apply, and additional charges may apply for remote or outlying areas.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier services.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch.
Wi Delight is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers; however, we will assist in resolving such issues where possible.

All products are handmade crochet items; slight variations in size, shape, and colour may occur.
Items may become slightly misshapen during shipping but can be restored with gentle handling.
Products containing safety eyes are not suitable for children under the age of three (3) years.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Where applicable, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Return shipping costs may be covered by Wi Delight in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Non-defective items may not be eligible for return unless required by law.

7.1 Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
7.2 Production
Production time is typically 3–5 weeks, but may vary depending on complexity and workload.
Customers will be notified of significant delays.
7.3 Returns
Custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective, as per CPA guidelines.
7.4 Changes
Any changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional costs and/or delays.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wi Delight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Wi Delight collects and processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Personal information collected may include your name, contact details, delivery address, and payment information.
This information is used solely for order processing, delivery, and customer communication.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where necessary for payment processing and delivery services.
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.
By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined above.

You agree not to misuse this website or engage in fraudulent activities.
